Staten Island, NY – The New York City Police Department (NYPD) is asking for the public’s help in locating Kenneth Devoe, a 23-year-old man who has been reported missing from the Willowbrook neighborhood of Staten Island.
According to a statement released by the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information, Kenneth was last seen at approximately 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2025, leaving his residence near Forest Hill Road.
